The Forget for a Moment Foundation has generously donated beautiful planter boxes to 21 long-term care homes in our region through their JASMA Healthcare Planter Program. We are pleased to have collaborated with the Foundation to help identify homes who were interested in receiving the planters. The planters bring nature into the homes and have
therapeutic benefits to the residents, staff and caregivers. The planters were funded by a contribution of $45,000 from Ontario Desjardins Credit Union and various donors. Click on the image below to learn more about the JASMA Healthcare Planter Program.
